North Madras to see an apartment boom
Perambur is all set to become home to 5000 new apartments over the next 5 years.
Announcing the Q2FY06 results, Kalpathi Suresh, Chairman and CEO SSI Ltd., said “We are currently in the process of developing over 5000 apartments in Perambur in North Madras. We expect to start construction Phase 1, comprising of 500 apartments, by end of Q4FY06 (July – September quarter). We expect to roll out 1000 apartments every year over the next 5 years.
