Yes. Now, no one, rather no department of the Government wants to take responsibility for blocking blog sites. The Telecom Ministry has gone on record saying that they were just obeying orders and they had nothing to do with it. The Government at the Centre says, we wanted to ban only a few sites and block sub-domains only but it was these ISP service providers who blocked almost all the sites.

Whatever it is, a Right to Information (RTI) has already been filed (If I am not wrong, it is someone from Delhi), and all blogs should be up and running very soon.
