Oceanic Technology Park duuuuh whaaaaaat a boree.Nuthen for the people of Chennai in it but more work.Would have been better if they did a beautiful Oceanic Centre Mall with a multiplex.Would have blended well and compelmented nearby upcoming resdential and commercial hub of MRC Nagar near by.
I think Mr.John Adams would like it even more if there was an Oseanic MF Bordello or something. He pathetically fails to realize that economic prosperity will eventually engender avenues for him to vent out his sleazy whims.
