MTC launches new services

MTC launches new services namely Yellow Line and Blue line.
Under the “Yellow Line” service, buses would ply from one point to another without any stop, the “Blue Line,” they would have limited stops.

Some years back, they launched PP(Point to Point services) and LSS(Limited Stop Service). PP services did stop at many intermediate stops as well. Need to wait and see, how the new yellow line is. Whether it is really worth? Blue line makes sense, but then what is difference between blue line and the current yellow board buses?

Or is it just the brand change? It would be nice if they can come up with GPS system pretty soon, so that people waiting in the bus stop know how long they need to wait. And a timetable at every bus stop, would do wonders for the public!

PTC using GPS????. Dude. Dreaming is good.. but PTC(MTC) using GPS????
We are atleast 1000 years behind on the technology. I would rather wish they dont kill children like they have been doing in the past amoung other things…

    Rajesh and Schumi,
I agree on the safe riding part. But GPS is being implemented in BMTC bangalore FYI! And we arent that behind on technology :)
