GVB, I’ve been noticing the sunsets of late too, but unfortunately have not been in a position to shoot it. The theough that came into my mind is exactly how you’ve described it: like a painting! Sunrises too have been quite dramatic with cumulous and cumulonimbus clouds piled high into the sky. I, alas, am usually driving at the time, and tend to forget the camera at that time! Check it out.
