I have posted earlier on the Airshow held at Chennai on April 22, 2007. There was lot of excitement all around. I am presenting the mood that prevailed during the Airshow in the following images

An objective of the Airshow is to motivate the youth to join the Air Force. Brochures on career opportunities being distributed at the venue

In addition to the excitement of seeing the aircrafts performing aerobatics, the airshow gave an opportunity to the people of Chennai to have a get-to-gether with friends or family. A group of friends having a jolly time in the Beach before commencement of the Airshow.

Some of the visitors to the Airshow carried the National Flag.

One of the hawker, unmindful of the excitement around was reading a loose sheet from a tamil magazine which he was carrying for packing his produce.

Policeman and the Kid – Javitz in flickr commented “the kids expression.. priceless..its like he’s defying the presence of the police at at younger age.. ”
