Party left over foods can feed a hungry child

There are at times left over foods at marriage halls, or it could be your friends Birthday party. If you wish to help a hungry child call up this number 1098 from a land line – “child helpline”. I tried calling up the same number 1098 from my mobile, it was of no use.

BTW About the food, you don’t have to worry, The child Helpline organization will come to your place and pick up the food. And one more thing they have limited call attenders at the call center so please have the patience.

I suggest you have the number stored on your mobile and the next time you see the left over foods on some occasion, Please call up

Often we wonder what to do with left-over food. Its really good to know this.

I think from ur mobile u have to call with std code 044-1098. I faced a similar thing with Apollo emergency 1066, then i try 044-1066 it went on

Ofcourse; the food should not be wasted and to be given to a needy person, whioch I can understand. But the mentality of our people is well known, to make use of the same to the maximum possible and ready to consume the same and also wait hours together to make use of the smae. In nutshell the food should not be wasted and distributed to the needy; but at the same care should be taken that the WASTE FOOD should not be given to such needy persons.
