I think it’s something in our genes. The irrepressible desire to bend the rules at an anvil called loophole. Above, an amusing example I caught on Sterling Road.
If people donated $1 dollar to each auto drive everytime they broke the rules they would all be millionaires very quickly. The police should impound all these auto that don’t comply with the rules.

Actually the auto driver is kind of intelligent! Auto is a ‘3 wheeler’!:)
I doubt if the sign influenced the auto driver’s descision,, he probably would have parked there even if there was an explicit sign forbidding autos..
