Chennai’s First Tattoo Studio

I keep passing by this tattoo studio everyday on my work to office. It’s on College road. Was nice reading about it in today’s Economic Times.

How could this be the first when tattoos are ubiquitous and always have been? “Many were exposed to it abroad” — this really boggles my mind.
