KG Developers and Promoters have since acquired 4 acres in Velachery where the project will come up. The project is scheduled for completion by early 2008.
Designed to international specifications, KG Green Meadows would have 100 inward-facing semi-detached villas, garden apartments and penthouses, which allow individuals to shut off the noise and traffic pollution on the roads. Who will they invite for the ‘Opening
Ceremony’ ?
Will they allow Men dressed like ‘Gandhi’
enter thru the Gates ?
Will they hang a sign like the Brits did in
China ‘Dogs and Chinese not allowed’ ..say
‘Poor and Indians not allowed’ ?
Why are the names of these communities
like ‘Bellaire’ and ‘Kensington Meadows’ ?
Are they ashamed of ‘Brown Coovum’ and
‘Stinky Kishnamput’ ?
Will they build 10 lane roads from ‘IT corridor’ ?
Which politician will gain to get his nephews to
start an Elite Airways ?
Oh well.. People deserve what they ask for..
I dont like the tone of Mr.Anon, but at a price of 51 Lacs for 1000 sq.ft and a maintenance of 2500 per month it is not meant for middle class!!

Obviously, the price tag – 51 lakh makes it the place for IT Industry folks (at Leaders/Manager Cadre), big business men and Politically Connected Thugs to pitch in and have fun.
I wonder what really happens to those unfortunate people (working in Govt/allied sectors w.o scope for bribery/getting 10K or 15K salary per month). Maybe they have en masse migrated to the far suburbs like Kelambakkam?
I thought this was a blog site, not a free-ads for developers site.
Let them pay for their advertising.
